Ingredients

medium size carrot
1
large yellow squash
1
1 medium zucchini
1
small Vidalia onion
optional

olive oil or corn oil
JAJ! Seasoning
Instructions
Slice carrot, squash, and zucchini into 1/2 inch pieces
Heat oil on medium heat
Sauté carrots for 3 minutes
Add other vegetables and sauté an additional 3 minutes until tender
Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning
Turn off heat
Notes
JAJ! Seasoning can also be used on steamed vegetables. Add seasoning after steaming.
