Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 1 large yellow squash
  • 1 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 small Vidalia onion optional
  • 1/3 c olive oil or corn oil
  • JAJ! Seasoning

Instructions

  • Slice carrot, squash, and zucchini into 1/2 inch pieces
  • Heat oil on medium heat
  • Sauté carrots for 3 minutes
  • Add other vegetables and sauté an additional 3 minutes until tender
  • Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning
  • Turn off heat

Notes

JAJ! Seasoning can also be used on steamed vegetables. Add seasoning after steaming.
