Rinse and dry salmon
Combine and stir soy sauce and honey in small bowl
Coat skillet lightly with olive oil
Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning on both sides to taste
Pan-sear at low to medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side
As salmon cook use a splatter to base the filet with the honey solution
Flip to ensure salmon is a dark pink on the inside or your desired taste
Once salmon is done spread top of salmon lightly with butter
