Salmon Sautéed With a Touch of Honey

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Filets
  • 1/4 c Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c Honey less if desired
  • Olive Oil enough to coat pan
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • JAJ! Seasoning

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry salmon
  • Combine and stir soy sauce and honey in small bowl
  • Coat skillet lightly with olive oil
  • Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning on both sides to taste
  • Pan-sear at low to medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side
  • As salmon cook use a splatter to base the filet with the honey solution
  • Flip to ensure salmon is a dark pink on the inside or your desired taste
  • Once salmon is done spread top of salmon lightly with butter
