Salmon Sautéed With a Touch of Honey
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Filets
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 1/4 c Honey less if desired
- Olive Oil enough to coat pan
- 1 tsp Butter
- JAJ! Seasoning
Instructions
- Rinse and dry salmon
- Combine and stir soy sauce and honey in small bowl
- Coat skillet lightly with olive oil
- Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning on both sides to taste
- Pan-sear at low to medium temperature for about 3 minutes on each side
- As salmon cook use a splatter to base the filet with the honey solution
- Flip to ensure salmon is a dark pink on the inside or your desired taste
- Once salmon is done spread top of salmon lightly with butter
