Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 large yellow squash
- 1 1 medium zucchini
- 1 small Vidalia onion optional
- 1/3 c olive oil or corn oil
- JAJ! Seasoning
Instructions
- Slice carrot, squash, and zucchini into 1/2 inch pieces
- Heat oil on medium heat
- Sauté carrots for 3 minutes
- Add other vegetables and sauté an additional 3 minutes until tender
- Sprinkle with JAJ! Seasoning
- Turn off heat
Notes
JAJ! Seasoning can also be used on steamed vegetables. Add seasoning after steaming.
