Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces(any kind)
  • JAJ! seasoning blend
  • Plain flour or breadcrumbs
  • vegetable or canola oil

Instructions

  • Rinse chicken pieces in water/lay on rack
  • Sprinkle JAJ! Seasoning over chicken pieces while wet
  • Coat chicken pieces in plain flour or breadcrumbs
  • Preheat the oil in a deep fryer (make sure the amount of oil covers chicken)
  • Oil temperature should be 350 degrees
  • Fry chicken pieces in Canola or Vegetable Oil

Notes

Cooking time
  • Boneless breasts – cook 8-11 minutes each side
  • Bone in breasts – 11-15 minutes each side
  • Boneless  thighs – 5-7 minutes each side
  • Bone in thighs, and wings – 8-11 minutes each side
 
JAJ! Seasoning can be used on pork chops, steak and turkey
